About the Role
As an Account Manager at Powerfleet, you will play a critical role in managing, retaining, and growing relationships with a portfolio of customers primarily located in the Netherlands. Additional customers in other geographic regions may also be assigned based on business needs.
Serving as the primary point of contact for your accounts, you will help customers maximize the value of Powerfleet’s solutions, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while achieving revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Success
Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, discuss business objectives, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
Act as a customer advocate within Powerfleet, ensuring customer needs and priorities are understood and addressed.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
Identify, develop, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Powerfleet portfolio.
Understand customer challenges, operational goals, and business initiatives to align Powerfleet solutions with customer needs.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within assigned accounts.
Develop account plans that support revenue retention and growth objectives.
Provide accurate revenue forecasts and account performance updates.
Risk Management & Retention
Monitor account health and proactively identify risks that could impact customer satisfaction, retention, or revenue.
Develop and execute mitigation plans to address customer concerns and reduce churn risk.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce and other business systems.
Market & Industry Awareness
Stay informed on industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive offerings.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations that help customers achieve their business objectives.
Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal stakeholders to support product and business strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development within a B2B environment.
Experience in technology, SaaS, IoT, telematics, fleet management, or related industries is preferred.
Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and driving account growth.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
