About the Role
Powerfleet is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to support global go-to-market hiring initiatives while helping scale and strengthen our commercial organization. Based in Mexico, this role will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers across North America, Europe, and LATAM to recruit top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, Channel, and other GTM functions.
This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced recruiting role focused on building strong talent pipelines, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting the continued growth of Powerfleet’s global GTM organization. While the primary focus will is supporting North America and Europe, this role will also provide limited support across LATAM hiring initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience within GTM organizations, thrives in a high-growth environment, and is comfortable managing searches across multiple countries, regions, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruitment for global GTM positions across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and related commercial functions.
Support hiring efforts primarily across North America and Europe, LATAM recruiting support.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational priorities.
Lead intake meetings, develop recruiting strategies, and drive efficient hiring processes from sourcing through offer stage.
Manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a high-quality and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple international markets.
Support recruiting efforts for both high-volume and strategic GTM hiring initiatives.
Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to global GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to leadership.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, compensation expectations, and recruiting strategy.
Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence
Maintain accurate candidate and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system.
Support recruiting reporting, hiring metrics, and process improvements.
Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies, processes, and employment regulations across regions.
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives globally.
Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing recruiting.
English fluency in verbal and written mediums required
Experience recruiting across multiple global regions, including Europe, preferred.
Proven experience supporting fast-paced and high-growth hiring environments.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Background
Experience recruiting within SaaS, technology, AIoT, telematics, logistics, or related industries preferred.
Experience supporting global GTM organizations and remote teams.
Familiarity with recruiting across North America, Europe, and LATAM markets.
