About the Role
Powerfleet is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Contractor to support the execution and operational management of the company’s enterprise-wide AI-First Transformation program. This role will serve as a key execution partner within the Business Transformation function, helping drive structure, accountability, governance, and momentum across one of the company’s most strategic initiatives.
This is a highly cross-functional role focused on turning strategic AI initiatives into measurable operational execution. The contractor will work closely with executive leadership, transformation leaders, and track owners across Engineering, Product, Internal AI Adoption, Customer Success, and Change Management to ensure deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and decisions are effectively managed and communicated.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced transformation environments, operates with urgency and accountability, and can bring clarity and structure to complex enterprise programs. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who can influence through execution, organization, and strong business partnership rather than direct people leadership.

Support the day-to-day execution of Powerfleet’s AI-First Transformation program across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Help drive program governance, execution discipline, milestone tracking, and operational follow-through.

Prepare executive-level updates, status reports, presentations, talking points, and transformation summaries.
Help maintain a consistent transformation narrative internally across leadership teams and stakeholders.
Assist with the creation of materials for monthly program reviews, leadership meetings, all-hands updates, and shareholder-facing communications.
Support the development of operational reporting and KPI visibility for transformation progress.
