Provide fast, reliable telephone and email support for Product Support queries across Customer Care, Repairs, and internal teams, while assisting fitment partners and technicians with Matrix and Beame

Purpose of Job/Job Objective
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Use Salesforce and debug root cause for device and testing failures.
Accept and action cases on Salesforce in accordance with SOP’s.
Analyse query and reassign cases to tier 1 for replacements units or repairs on devices that are not responding according to fault finding.
Capture detailed comments on the Salesforce System.
Handle incoming calls from Customer Care /Fitment Partners or Technicians.
Use of internal product technical tools to determine functionality on the hardware device.
Action necessary daily, weekly reports for monitoring and measuring.
Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedures
Ensure information on product changes and process enhancements are at hand and adhered to.
Keep up to date with Product updates with the product team for device and mobile app
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers/ Fitment centres and technicians.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out tasks to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Salesforce experience.
Product hardware knowledge for Matrix and Beame for device, apps and systems.
Knowledge of Fitment testing and installation process.
Attention to detail and analytic skills.
2 Years Call Centre experience is advantageous.
Matric
Technical background would be an advantage.
