About the Role
We’re looking for two Creditors Clerks to join our Global Finance Shared Services Centre in Stellenbosch. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely processing and reconciliation of supplier accounts, supporting efficient payment cycles, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries, keep accounts up to date, and help drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain all supplier invoices and statements at month-end.

• Process invoices to the correct ledger accounts, ensuring required departmental authorisation.

• Resolve invoice and account queries promptly.

• Prepare accurate creditor reconciliations for month-end payments.

• Reconcile supplier statements to invoices in the accounting system.

• Load supplier payments onto the payment system and process them to accounts.

• Administer petty cash transactions.

• Process staff expense claims and travel reimbursements.

• Support accountants with ad hoc finance queries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance and administration.

• Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or related field (advantageous).

• Understanding of SARS VAT requirements.

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.

• Own transport required.
