Powerfleet has vacancies for Recovery Coordinators to be based in Midrand. The main responsibility of this role is to deal with recoveries, data capturing and customer liaison.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and activating upon on all recoveries, Matrix and Enterprise
• Responsible for Customer Focus: Keeping the client updated, follow ups with clients, dealing with customer queries
• Responsible for Data Capturing: Capturing all relevant data during recoveries
• Responsible for Reports: Completing all relevant reports needed for data analysis
• Dealing with alarms on ad hock basis
• Assisting Jnr Managers with investigations
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
• Maintain compliance with al company policies and procedures
• Projects on regular basis needs to be completed by set dates

Education/work experience requirements:

• Grade 12
• Call Centre experience
• Ability to work a 12-hour shifts (2 x Day; 2 x Night; 4 x Off) – Inclusive of Weekends and Public Holidays (dependent on the shift)
• Ability to perform as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication – with Internal and External customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignment to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
