ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Regional Sales Operations Director, you will play a critical role in driving sales productivity and revenue execution across North America. You will be responsible for managing pipeline and forecast accuracy, supporting deal progression, leading performance tracking, and driving quota and territory planning. As a key strategic partner to sales leadership, this role ensures operational rigor, process alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline & Forecast Management: Own pipeline accuracy and forecasting cadence; provide visibility, analysis, and recommendations to sales leadership.
Deal Execution Support: Collaborate with sales, finance, and pricing operations to streamline deal approvals and remove friction through CPQ, pricing templates, and deal desk.
Sales Analytics & Insights: Analyze sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and productivity; deliver insights to drive performance and strategy.
Territory Planning & Quota Setting: Lead annual territory design and quota-setting process in partnership with sales and revenue operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Finance, Pricing Operations, and Customer Success to support go-to-market strategies and execution.
Performance Management: Maintain and deliver dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs; provide ad hoc analyses to sales leadership as needed.
Sales Enablement & Training: Support the development and delivery of training programs that empower the sales team with tools and knowledge.
Incentive & Compensation Planning: Assist with the design and execution of incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive results.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitive dynamics to help shape regional strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy within B2B industries (experience in SaaS, telematics, IoT, or fleet management preferred).
Proven experience in sales forecasting, CRM optimization (Salesforce preferred), and pipeline management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
Demonstrated success in supporting and enabling high-performing sales teams.
Experience in incentive design and quota planning.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% to support regional sales initiatives.
