Regional Sales Analyst

About the Role
The Regional Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting PowerFleet’s sales operations by analyzing sales data, providing insights, and optimizing processes within [Region/Country]. This role focuses on sales performance tracking, pipeline analysis, forecasting, and reporting to help drive data-driven decision-making and support revenue growth.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Director, the Sales Analyst will collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting, streamline sales operations, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with CRM and BI tools, and a passion for translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Pipeline & Forecasting Support: Monitor and assess sales pipeline health, providing accurate forecasts and insights to sales leadership.
- KPI & Performance Tracking: Track key sales metrics, including revenue growth, win rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency.
- CRM & Reporting Tools: Maintain and enhance CRM (Salesforce preferred) data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Sales Reporting: Deliver regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Work with the Sales Operations Director to refine sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to support sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales teams, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment on sales goals, initiatives, and reporting needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment, preferably in telematics, IoT, SaaS, or fleet management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience of automation tools such as Make.com and Zapier would be a bonus.
- Demonstrable understanding of Revenue Operations principles (ideally experience implementing and using the Bowtie model).
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to sales leadership.
- Efficiency orientated, with a keen interest in reviewing sales processes and activities to identify and remove friction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to support regional sales teams and collaborate across departments and regions. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus for change across varied constituent groups.
