Position Summary
Powerfleet is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Tampa Logistics Center. This position serves as the primary operational support to the Warehouse Manager, helping ensure efficient warehouse activities, accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with company procedures.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on warehousing and logistics experience with strong systems knowledge, computer skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. This role balances administrative responsibilities with warehouse floor activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
· Support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
· Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain warehouse records, documentation, and transaction accuracy.
· Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
· Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Inventory Management
· Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Maintain high inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
· Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities.
· Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and warehouse organization.
Logistics Coordination
· Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight providers.
· Prepare and verify shipping documentation and related records.
· Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues.
· Support freight scheduling, shipping execution, and customer delivery requirements.
Reporting & Administration
· Generate and maintain warehouse and logistics reports.
· Use Microsoft Excel to track inventory, shipping activity, and operational performance.
· Create daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
· Process inventory and shipping transactions within ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
· Maintain accurate records and support operational audits.
Team Support
· Foster teamwork and collaboration across warehouse and logistics functions.
· Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution center operations.
· Hands-on experience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, reporting, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
· Experience working for a technology company.
· A technical background or demonstrated technical aptitude.
· Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Forklift certification.
· Experience with inventory control and cycle counting processes.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $65,000 USD. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
