About the role
Powerfleet is seeking a North America Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, inventory management, and supply execution across the region. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, Global Planning, and third-party suppliers to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and high customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales teams to review forecasts, demand trends, and upcoming opportunities.
Develop and maintain regional supply and inventory plans to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers, contract manufacturers, and warehouse operations to ensure supply continuity and efficient fulfillment.
Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, proactively monitoring commitments and mitigating supply risks.
Monitor planning KPIs (shortages, excess, and slow-moving stock) and contribute data insights to the S&OP process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 experience is a strong plus).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable planning decisions.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology, electronics, telematics, or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of AI tools and their application in planning and supply chain processes.
Experience with S&OP processes and inventory optimization methodologies.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
