About the Role
As a Finance Operations Specialist at Powerfleet, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations for our Dutch-speaking markets. In this role, fluency in Dutch is essential, as you will manage transactional processing, customer and vendor communications, and cross-functional collaboration in both Dutch and English. You will be responsible for maintaining financial data accuracy and supporting the broader finance team in driving operational excellence. This position requires attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
Manage billing schedules and process customer invoicing
Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
Debt management
Reconcile bank incoming payments and ensure timely financial postings
Finance Team Support & Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Procurement, Operations and Sales to resolve financial issues
Support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
Strong English language skills
Disciplined, precise, and detail-oriented work ethic
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and resolves issues independently
Strong team player who also performs well individually
Exposure to international business environments is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment
