Purpose of Job/Job Objective:
The purpose of this role will be to ensure that leads coming from various sales channels are concluded promptly, based on agreed timelines, to maximise our organisation’s income generation and targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Concluding all assigned leads from various sales channels with the required conversion expectations.
Voice Contracting clients.
Schedule fitments for all voice contracted clients.
Follow up on missed fitments.
Ensure client understand product that they are being contracted with and that correct product are sold.
Make certain all information obtained from the client are accurate and captured accurately on the system.
Able to handle objection.
Able to differentiate between benefits and features.
Identify upselling and or selling of additional value added (VAS) products.
Assist with adhoc request.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Grade 12
1 – 2 years Inbound / Outbound Call Center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Bilingual (English fluent). Any additional recognised national languages will be advantageous.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Target driven with a proven track record.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Deadline and Target driven.
Attention to detail.
Customer service orientated.
Must not have a criminal record.
Clear credit record.
