About the Role
To provide a ‘world class’ service to all our customers, by Accepting and responding to alarms, customer liaison and customer queries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accepting Alarms: Receiving alarms via Mix Control
• Responding to alarms that are accepted and completed within agreed SOP
• To ensure all alarms are answered within agreed SLA
• Providing roadside assistance for customers that require and qualify for the service
• Responsible for customer liaison, and helping customers with relevant queries

• Delivering a world class telephone service with the focus on customer delight
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Ability to work a 12-hour shifts (2 x Day; 2 x Night; 4 x Off) – Inclusive of Weekends and Public Holidays (dependent on the shift)
