Role Summary
Powerfleet is seeking a talented and data-driven Field Marketing Manager based in Mexico City to lead demand generation and lead nurturing efforts across Mexico. This individual will be instrumental in executing go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth and align with regional business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the AIoT space and excels at turning complex product information into compelling, customer-facing content. As a strategic partner to the revenue team, this person will drive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, generate qualified leads, and optimize performance through data-backed decisions. We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Regional Execution
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and the Mexico-based sales team.
- Tailor messaging, content, and assets to address local market needs and buyer priorities.
- Translate and adapt global marketing content into Spanish for regional relevance and effectiveness.
Account-Based Marketing & Demand Generation
- Collaborate with sales to identify strategic accounts and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM initiatives.
- Develop messaging and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across key accounts.
- Leverage intent data and behavioural signals to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Campaign & Channel Management
- Execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns using digital ads, email marketing, events, and third-party partnerships.
- Manage regional programs including paid media and participation in industry events and tradeshows.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven and support both pipeline development and revenue generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, presales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing programs with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to share insights and tailor programs to the Mexico market.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Use data and KPIs to optimize marketing activities and improve ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or AIoT industries.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and ABM tools and practices.
- Experience developing customer-facing collateral in partnership with product teams.
- Proven track record of generating measurable results and making data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally, especially with sales.
- Experience working within a global organization and executing regional strategies for Mexico.
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of pipeline metrics and marketing KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Industry experience in IoT, logistics, or supply chain is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level IoT applications and technologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as: Pardot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, On24, and other modern webinar platforms.
