Position Overview

As an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager (ERSM) – West Region you will be at the forefront of driving enterprise-level growth, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering cutting-edge fleet management solutions. You will play a vital role in shaping Fleet Complete’s presence in the enterprise space, working closely with AT&T and other channel partners to accelerate adoption and ensure customer success.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise to understand their challenges and align our technology with their operational needs. You will lead high-impact sales engagements, manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, and collaborate with key decision-makers to drive revenue and business expansion.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Reporting to the Sales Director, USA, you will take ownership of a high-value territory, focusing on Dallas, New Jersey, or Atlanta, and play a key role in Fleet Complete’s continued success in the enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Growth

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
  • Drive complex, high-value sales engagements with enterprise clients.
  • Lead executive-level conversations and present business cases to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including contract negotiations and deal structuring.

Channel & Partner Enablement

  • Provide in-depth training and strategic support to AT&T sales partners and carrier networks.
  • Foster strong relationships with enterprise resellers, integrators, and partners to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless deployment and adoption of Fleet Complete solutions within enterprise accounts.

Customer Engagement & Solution Consulting

  • Act as a trusted consultant to enterprise clients, understanding their operational challenges and aligning Fleet Complete’s solutions to their needs.
  • Conduct advanced product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and application training for clients and partners.
  • Provide post-sales guidance and strategic account management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Market Intelligence & Sales Optimization

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in fleet management, SaaS, and IoT.
  • Leverage CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize revenue impact.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance the enterprise sales experience.

Qualification:

Required Skills & Experience

  • Enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Expertise in SaaS, IoT, telematics, or transportation technology solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead strategic discussions with C-level and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Experience in selling through carrier and channel partnerships.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology sales cycles, RFP processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and strategic account management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be located in Dallas.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in wireless, GPS, or enterprise fleet technology.
  • Familiarity with global enterprise accounts and multi-region sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth and innovation.
